1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days within the United States.
  • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days within the United States.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times begin once the order has been processed and handed to the carrier.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size and destination of your order. Free standard shipping is available within the United States on orders over $99.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to follow your package on the carrier's website until it is delivered.

5. Delays, Lost or Damaged Shipments

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs processing. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and photos of the damaged packaging

6. Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We ship to the address provided at the time of purchase. Logic Layer is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
